Jeff and Sheree Carr are back to kick off the new years entertainment at the Celtic. "You and Me" are a two piece acoustic covers act based in Palmerston North. Jeff has created original & beautiful finger style arrangements on acoustic guitar. Designed to showcase Sheree's soulful bluesy vocals and immaculate phrasing. They play completely live - with no backing tracks or an army of fancy gadgets.
You & Me's repertoire ranges from classic artists such as Carol King & Kris Kristofferson all the way through to Nora Jones & Eva Cassidy. To more recent artists such as Ed Sheeran and Adele. Their style incorporates a mixture of Alt Country, Jazz, Soul Funk and Pop but with a rock edge. All delivered to the highest musical standard.
