Our body is an instrument made up of 72 strings that need fine tuning. When we are out of tune our body and mind may be in disharmony and we can feel imbalanced.
In order to tune ourselves we need to breathe, sound and move. Using the power of mantra, mudra and the beautiful voice of Sarah Spence we will dive deeply into the essence of our soul and come home to ourselves. These mantras are deeply healing and rejuvenating for the mind, body and spirit.
During this evening, Sarah and Soreya will guide you through a beautiful experience of tuning the voice with the sound of the Naad (chanting), tuning the heart and body with the subtle yet powerful connection of Mudra and movement.
