This collection of evocative paintings and sculptures from emerging Canterbury artists is the 7th group exhibition since the series inception in 2012.
Curated by series founder Clare Murray, the exhibition was initially established in response to the lack of gallery space for emergents. In recent years it has served as a fruitful platform for Canterbury artists to catch the attention of established galleries and private collectors.
While savouring the diversity and intrigue of these artworks, take time to explore the upper floors of the beautifully restored heritage building in which this exhibition is housed. Enjoy stunning views across Victoria Square to the Town Hall where many of the Festival's shows are taking place.
All works are for sale (commission free) and artists are available to meet during the exhibition period.
Exhibition times:
26 and 27 July: 12pm to 9pm
28 July to 4 August: 12pm to 7pm
