Community Wood-Firing

We are pleased to announce that David Huffman is now able to proceed with the wood firing at The Quarry!

We will be accepting work for the firing from Mon 17th until Wed 19th June 2019 9:30am -4pm with firing due to start on Thursday 20th June.

Please see staff at reception to price up and pay for your work before taking it to the kiln shelves.

The firing will be Stoneware, Cone 10 plus,1300 C with reduction.
Kiln Master will be David Huffman who will be using carbon trap shino glaze effects.
Kiln master reserves the right to not fire any work he deems unsuitable.
