Come and learn about using medicinal Maca and Cacao to bring harmony and balance back to your body through connecting with the plant spirits.

Maca and cacao are two of the most sacred Incan medicines used to treat and balance the body during stress. Traditional use of these incredible plants follows the principals of Incan medicine and the healing powers of each to return the body to balance and build a strong resilience to stressors.

The correct identification of symptoms and combination of maca colours with cacao can assist with managing hormonal issues, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, mental health, anxiety, depression, PMS, menopause, adrenal fatigue, addiction and autoimmunity. Not all maca and cacao are created equal, so how do you know the medicinal properties of your maca and cacao?

Come along a be guided through the ancient Incan traditions surrounding both maca and cacao, the science behind how they work, how to tell their medicinal potential, and how to use them as medicine to heal and rebuild your body and mind.
