The cuisine of Vietnam has been known for its tastes, flavour and healthiness. The late Anthony Bourdain was one most enthusiastic Vietnam street food lover. The narrow land of Vietnam brings a spicy taste of cuisine, the spice is just like a bite of a fire ant. Chilli, lemongrass, shrimp paste, lime and coriander are all ingredients to look out for in both of tonight’s recipes.
