Like a challenge and ready to show off your Japanese cooking skills? Find out how you can create a special Japanese menu for a dinner party or special event. All ingredients provided.
Following on from the introductory course, Noriko will show you how to create a Japanese menu for a special occasion. All ingredients included in the fee but bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towels and containers to take food home and your camera (if you have one).
By the end of the course, you’ll:
- Become more familiar with using Japanese ingredients
- Feel more confident to cook Japanese food at home
- Better understand how to use Japanese ingredients
- Be able to make a dinner party menu with a range of Japanese dishes
