Engage Effectively with Diverse Cultures
The aim of this workshop is to facilitate how individuals and organisations can work and lead effectively in cross-cultural environments. Cultural Intelligence is fundamental to the evolution and transformation of any organisation and will open your eyes to the potential of your greatest assets, people.

Culturally intelligent workplaces embrace difference and capitalise on its value by creating dynamic and engaging environments. This workshop will allow you to understand the cultural diversity of your organisation, help you understand the important link to unconscious bias, encourage reflection of your current practice and help you explore ways to unlock the potential in diverse markets

Learning Outcomes:
- Gain an overview of Aotearoa New Zealand’s bi-cultural history and ethnic diversity
- Understand the key components of cultural intelligence - drivers, knowledge, strategy and action
- Be introduced to the neuroscience about unconscious bias and how we view people who look different to us
- Leave with tools and strategies that will enhance the way you think, act and communicate
- Confidently develop personal and organisational goals to build a vibrant and inclusive work environment

Who Should Attend:
This workshop is relevant to all businesses, and to anyone who supervises or manages a team including:
Directors, CEO's and senior managers of corporate organisations
Trustee's, Board or Committee members of NFP's
Iwi Trusts
Associations and Member organisations
Government departments and local councils.
