Cycle Around Japan

This seminar will be quite unique and special! Michael will talk about touring Japan by bicycle, and Japanese culture through his eyes as a cyclist with vast experiences and knowledge of the many towns he visited in Japan. He has some great suggestions of places to stay, and what to look for in accommodation when doing multi-day trips as well!

With more than 280,000km of cycling clocked in Japan alone, Michael Rice is a man whose life revolves around bicycles! He is the Cycling TV programme presenter at NHK World-Japan, the Japan Country Manager for Chapter2 Bikes (New Zealand Road bike manufacture) , and has competed in many World Masters races internationally.
