Date Night: Cook and Dine Saturday Night

Bringing the best of a restaurant and a home cooked meal together in one event. You will be shown how to create a delicious main and dessert care of local chef Anna Valentine.

On the menu is: Japanese Shitaki Dashi Broth with Dumplings /Black Sesame Rice /Quick Kimchi followed by Layered Crepe Cake with Spiced Rum Ganache and Grilled Pineapple served with Tangy Lime Mascapone

Tickets include: 2 hour cooking class followed by an hour of dining, 2 course meal, glass of wine or beer with your meal, all cooking equipment and materials, recipe cards to take home and your cooking tutor.
