Who doesn't love to enjoy a delicious selection of food, complimented with fine wine?

Umami Fusion Kitchen are pleased to bring you, our first Degustation Evening on Tuesday 1st October.

A fabulous menu have been written by our talented head chef Ella McGill.  Rowan Hall from Eurovintage will be joining us on the night to educate and inform about the accompanying wines.

A bonus for locals in the area, we are offering complimentary transport to/from the event so you can relax and enjoy all that we have to offer. Booking is essential.

Tickets are $80pp and include a 4 course menu plus a sorbet and matching wines.

First course
Sesame crusted tuna tataki with wasabi mayo, micro herbs and wonton crisp
matched with Maison Saint AIX Rose, Provence

Second course
Five spice rubbed pork belly twice cooked, cauliflower puree, kimchi, pork jus
matched with Gibbston Valley GV Pinot Gris

Sorbet
Thai basil, gin, and tonic

Third course
Slowly braised Korean spiced beef cheek, gorgonzola croquette, Asian greens, beef jus
matched with Concha y Toro Marques Cabernet

Fourth course
Gulab Jamun (Fried Donuts): Chopped almonds, honey, chilli and lime syrup with coconut yoghurt
matched with Gancia Prosecco
