Have you ever noticed your breathing patterns change according to the feelings that you are having? When you are angry, which rhythm does your breath assume?

A series of shallow and short breaths. What about when you are relaxed and joyful? You take long, deep breaths. The obvious conclusion is that the breath is influenced by how we feel, but can our emotions be transformed through the help of the breath? Certainly!

The Art of Living Happiness Program offers a unique blend of ancient timeless wisdom, combined with modern mindfulness-based approaches that bring you the very best in health and wellness. With practical, self-empowering tools using the breath, a centered state of mind is possible, and we can successfully counter the increasing demands of contemporary life.

The breath has proven to be an effective tool to remove stress and impurities from the system and bring clarity and focus to the mind. It plays an essential role in how we feel physically and emotionally. Over 80% of the emotional and physical impurities in the body can be eliminated through the breath. However, most of us only use 35% of our lung capacity and do not use the potential of the breath to detoxify and cleanse ourselves.
