The Kapiti Pakeke Lions Club will be holding a Duck Race in the Waikanae River.
Duck Race starts at 2.00 pm when up to 1,000 plastic ducks will be released to float down the river. Each duck is numbered and the winning duck will enable the holders number to a prize of an Kapiti Aero Club flight for 3 people. Other placed ducks will also receive good prizes.
Tickets available on the day and from kapitipakekelion.org.nz at $5 each or 4 tickets for $15.
Great Fun for all the family. Proceeds to the Kenakena. School Dyslexia Programme.
