Stephen Leitch is the Managing Director and lead design engineer at SWE, designing and project managing water-related projects in Marlborough.

Stephen consistently champions sustainability, culminating in SWE's carboNZero accreditation, numerous awards, and ‘Living Wage Employer’ status.

Last year SWE appeared on TVNZ's series Rural Delivery. In 2017 SWE scooped the Cawthron Marlborough Environment Award. The judges attributed SWE’s success to the triple bottom line the company delivers to its customers: financial, environmental and social benefits.

However, every success has challenges behind it. And as always, our speakers are asked to share their learnings along with their triumphs, so that we can all learn from each other and rise collectively.
