Exploring Sacred Spaces: Shree Swaminarayan Hindu Temple

This event is organised by the Auckland Inter-Faith Council to promote understanding of the diverse faiths of our city, and is part of the Auckland Heritage Festival 2019.

Visit the beautiful Shree Swaminarayan Temple to meet members of the Hindu faith, learn some of the stories of how they came to New Zealand, what they believe, and how they have woven their lives into the fabric of Tāmaki Makaurau.

There will be a tour, a brief talk by some members of the congregation, an opportunity for Q&A, and light refreshments.
