F.A.W.C! Drinkers+Keepers Cellar Dive

Join us for an Italian lunch and a deep dive into the cellar as we nut out the finer details of whether a wine is a Drinker or a Keeper. After a good rummage in the cellar, Rod will pull together a wine list comprising of wines not long in the bottle as well as those which have gathered a little dust. Included among the wines will be the big reveal of the new release, Trademark 2018 Chardonnay and Trademark 2016 Syrah. Definitely not a sit-still-and-be-quiet tasting, we’ll while away the afternoon with good friends, tall stories, long tables, bottles of wine and bowls of Italian deliciousness from well-known local foodies Rae Gaddum and Annalisa Pascucci.
