F.A.W.C! Restaurant Swap with Deliciosa

This ain’t no pop up, this is a Restaurant Swap! Hawke’s Bay restaurateurs & friends, Sean Burns & Sarah Watson, are packing up their restaurants, and their teams and taking over each other’s kitchen and dining room for a night.

On Wednesday 6th November, Deliciosa will come across the Clive Bridge to hang by the sea in Ahuriri. The evening at each restaurant will begin with a welcome cocktail designed by each bar team for the swap. The kitchen brigades will then show off their menu styles from the past and present with a selection of small plates to share.

Here's a cheeky sneak peek at some of the items on the menu... Sesame Crusted Yellow-Fin Tuna, Pacific Influenced Prawns w Coconut Chilli + Lime, Succulent Crispy Pork Belly, Bang Bang Tempura Cauliflower (insane!!), Five Spice Fried Chicken, Wakanui Braised Short Rib and Hoisin Duck Breast... you get the picture!!

Sean and Sarah will each create a bespoke beverage list to show off some of the wines, beers, & cocktails they love.

This is a great opportunity to indulge in a restaurant experience from the other side of the river without leaving the neighbourhood!

Ticket price includes a welcome cocktail, 8 sharing plates served over 4 courses to show off the visiting restaurant's menu style. Drinks can be ordered throughout the night (additional cost)
