A series of three nature connection experiences over three months, in three different gorgeous Auckland locations, The Auckland Domain Park, Glendowie Sandspit and the final one to be confirmed. Awaken, Deepen and Celebrate.
Sundays September 29th, October 27th and November 24th – 1pm to 4pm. Do just one or all!
And so I invite you to come on a slow, sensual journey where the mind will be put aside for a time and your senses will be engaged to connect with the more than human world in ways that will surprise and delight you.
We will start with a sensory activation meditation and then move through a series of simple, yet profound nature based invitations. Everything is optional.
We walk, smell, breathe, look, touch, lie, listen and follow our hearts guidance into this familiar yet foreign world of nature. The only way to really get to discover it is to slow down and really take it in, from the inside out.
We end with a tea ceremony of found plants and delicious snacks, a time for sharing and reflection.
