Join us for our 2nd Hamilton Floorball Cup.
Floorball (also known as UniHoc) is a type of hockey similar to inline/ice hockey but played with a plastic stick and plastic ball (and without skates). It is real easy to pick up and has simple, clear rules.
Come have some fun while having a great workout! No experience or skill necessary. No protective gear or equipment required as we supply everything. Just wear exercise gear (non-marking sports shoes) and bring a water bottle with you. Come by yourself and join an existing team or get a few friends together to make your own team. It's that easy!
There will be a prize-giving just before 6pm with some spot-prizes available on the day. Game Format and Rules
The tournament will be played 3 on 3. So you really need just 4 players and a goalie to be able to compete. (Recommended 5 or 6 players per team). Maximum number of players per team is 7 including the goalie.
