Vietnamese street food has been modernised by western tourists, in tonight’s class lookout for ginger, lemongrass, mint, coriander, chilli and lime and enjoy two popular hawker style seafood recipes. Tonight you will make Vietnamese prawn tacos, followed by coconut curry fish noodle bowl.
