You are invited to learn how to make a couple of popular dishes at an after work function at the Greek Orthodox Community Centre (upstairs at 3 Hania Street).
Two dishes will be demonstrated and served for you to eat at the event.
- Savoury e.g. moussaka
- Sweet e.g. bougatsa
Tickets $25 per person or $20 if you are a paid up member of HNZC.
Last year's event was popular as we had generous sponsors providing complimentary nibbles.
Please bring pen and paper to take notes and write up any recipes you want to try at home. Class ‘Q & A’ participation will be encouraged during the cooking presentation.
Please pay by direct banking to the HNZC account (ANZ 06-0582-0158704-00), putting your initial and surname with "Cook 2019" as reference. Tickets will not be sold at the door so please book in advance.
