The talk this month will explore how we can strengthen children’s mental health so that they are able to cope with the challenges of life as they arise. In particular we will look at how a child’s sense of self is built through their everyday experiences and how we can consciously build a strong sense of confidence and competence in them to support them throughout their lives.
