How to Teach Adults

Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.

Information packs and registration forms are also available in any School in Auckland that is offering an Adult and Community Education programme.

This course is designed for tutors of school-based community education classes. Adult learners bring a diverse range of skills, knowledge, cultural backgrounds, literacy and numeracy competence, learning styles and personality types to our classes. Our challenge as tutors is to create a learning environment which meets these needs and extends our learners' abilities.
