The 'Human Connection' workshop is a well-being workshop that shows us the power a 'sense of community' has on all areas of our lives. You will be taken on an experiential journey, learning how to 'build your tribe', seeing how giving connects us, learning the cellular health effects of social connection, and much more.
Throughout the workshop, you will learn tools and feel the awesome effects of connection making it simple to incorporate these into your daily life.
Whether you want to deepen your existing relationships, create new or more community, or have more knowledge of community development, this workshop is for you. We will be weaving in other well-being elements throughout the workshop to help you leave feeling revived and inspired.
Mike is a health coach based in Raglan. He has been working in holistic health for a decade and is passionate about the innate human capability to thrive through simple lifestyle choices.
