Impact! - Training for Trainers (5 Day Course)

Impact! is a 5 day Train the Trainer course designed to support people who require a solid grounding and comprehensive toolkit on how to train adults at all levels in the organisation.

The course would suit both entry-level as well as experienced learning and development practitioners who have responsibility for planning, delivering and assessing group or individual learning sessions.

Impact! is held over 5 days. Days 1 to 4 are continuous. Day 5, which is held a week or two later, is an intensive practical session where each participant has planned and will deliver a 30-minute training session on their chosen topic. Constructive feedback is given on planning and delivery techniques.

Impact! training for trainers is run as a public course in Auckland and in-house throughout New Zealand and beyond. Delegates who attended the public and in-house courses we have run over the years have given us great feedback on the impact the course is having on their training preparation and facilitation.
