Parkour is a physical activity based on moving freely in your environment.
At the Wellington Parkour Academy you'll:
-join in small group classes that allow for individualised feedback
-train in an indoor space that allows for safe progression
-exercise in a fun way that'll have you exploring movement and interacting with the environment
-improve your movement ability and confidence
-increase your strength and fitness
-be supported on your journey as a parkour practitioner
Gym has free nearby parking, shower onsite, plus (if you want to drop your little ones off) it's a short walking distance to the Lyall Bay cafes and retail park.
Kids and Adults classes available. Classes are run in 10-week terms, each Saturday for 10 weeks. Oct 5th - Dec 7th.
Ages 8-12: 2 - 3pm
Ages 13-adult: 3.15 - 4.15pm
