Integrating the Chakras

At the yoga and healing centre of Laksmi Duyvesteyn ˗ a deepening of practice to further access the beauty within. Includes Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. This is most definitely not your regular yoga class as it incorporates chakra awareness, powerful and advanced in their subtlety; it will benefit and expand all, from beginners to advanced.

This includes more than the 2 ½ hour workshop held on Friday June 1, 2018! Those who enjoyed that will love this new workshop.

With Radhe (Swami Anandaradha), who is currently based in the North Island in Whangarei and has taught yoga, relaxation and meditation practices for more than 35 years. A former director of Satyananda Ashram NZ Ltd, she is currently a trustee of Shraddha Yoga and Meditation and has a fulltime day job teaching Year 9 to 13 mathematics throughout Northland with Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu (the correspondence school).
