Your favourite 80's tunes paired with easy-to-master choreography will have you well equipped to whip out your new moves at the 'Back to the 80's' party later in the evening and have the time of your life.

About the Artist:
Shut Up & Dance is for everyone and anyone who loves to dance. No mirrors will be found in our classes; just nostalgic tunes, epic instructors and a pinch of delusion (to help stir up the star inside). We started SU&D in 2016 because we realised we could work up as much of a sweat dancing to Queen as we could doing burpees, but one of them was WAY more fun. If you can throw away your inhibitions, and a 1988 themed party sounds like your cup of tea, then you'll love Shut Up & Dance. No coordination or previous dance experience is necessary - we always provide modifications, the choreography is fun and each class is always different and a surprise, so everyone is in the same boat. Our classes are a safe space for you to stop talking, start sweating and share your energy and new dance moves with the rest of the world. Or just your partner/dog/flatmate when you get home. Either way, we can't wait to dance with you!
