We are all here on this planet with a purpose; a spiritual purpose. Our souls choose the appropriate body, family and circumstances to be born into to help us accomplish what we need to do. We may need to learn some lessons that were not learned in previous incarnations or we may be here to simply radiate our own unique energy wherever we go.

On this journey called life, we forget the reason we came here and that we are souls living a human experience. We begin to get emotionally hurt, which can then lead to sadness, dis-ease and illness. During a Spiritual Journey of Forgiveness session, you connect with your divine Higher Self that has never forgotten the reason you came here and your purpose.

We identify those trapped emotions that are creating blockages in your body and release them. The powerful act of forgiveness allows you to release and let go of what has been holding you back so that you can finally move forward in your life. It is a gift that you give to yourself.

Techniques such as forgiveness therapy, past life regression, role change, Ericksonian hypnosis and spiritual assistance will be taught while you experience what it feels like to be hypnotised as you learn to hypnotise others.

Alba will also be holding 4 private sessions and a gathering where she will be doing a group hypnosis session in Wanaka bookings for the private sessions and gatherings can be made via her website but bookings for the 5 day workshop can be made via Antonio Sangio website.
