Join the Dough Bros team as they guide you through a hands-on workshop creating two popular items from their menu. Groups will take turns to learn about, and have a go at making, our sourdough wood-fired pizzas and seasonal fruit shrub beverages.

Gain insight on how to make sourdough pizza at home, controlling rising and fermentation times. Have a go at stretching out your own base into whatever shape your heart desires (or talent allows). Pick from a selection of premium toppings including specialist locally-sourced fare. See your creation transform in our oven and enjoy your spoils.

Learn how to make fruit shrubs (drinking vinegars), popular in the 17th and 18th centuries. This old practice allows you to savour seasonal fruits for an extended period of time in a resulting refreshing beverage that can be mixed with soda water for a nice mocktail or used in mixed alcoholic drinks.

Prices include a private experience at Dough Bros; including a whole pizza of your own creation and two drinks from our seasonal shrub making station or house wine/tap beer if preferred.
