Guitarist/composer Julie Bevan brings a uniquely Australasian flavour to this enduring jazz style. From the beginnings in her studies at the New Zealand School of Music to her work in Brazil, together with assistance from Creative New Zealand Arts board, she has made many performances in New Zealand and internationally.

Julie has recorded for film, TV and radio. In 2019 She released her first album of original music. It was recorded in Brazil and Aotearoa New Zealand.
