This July join Tamra from Kelly Washington Wines for a 5-course wine matched dinner at Williams Eatery.
The evening will be guided by Tamra, taking us through her award winning selection and sharing her knowledge of growing and cultivating organic wine.
Kelly Washington wines seek out the most unique and diverse parcels of high quality fruit, which translates into elegant and honest wines. They work with growers who have a love for the land, and are unrelenting in their pursuit of nurturing exceptional fruit from distinguished sites. Old vines, high density planting, vineyards of altitude, organic and bio-dynamic farming.
Head Chef Euan Fraser and his team at Williams Eatery will be producing a five course menu to match, showcasing Auckland's best seasonal produce sourced from local growers and foraged from our local beaches and bush. Euan's food is all about big flavour and simplicity on the plate, a perfect match to Kelly Washington's wine on a winter night.
