Part of the NZ Mural Contest and Arts Festival, Kites Over Katikati is planning to set new records. During the proceeding week of the festival there are kite making workshops on Monday 30th September and Tuesday 1st October.
We are inviting everyone to come to Moore Park by 1pm on Sunday 6th to set a new record of the most kites flying at any one time in Katikati. There will be giant kites on display.
