KNZB Raumanga Community Kaitiaki Clean Up

Keep New Zealand Beautiful (KNZB) is once again asking Kiwis to ‘Do The Right Thing’ and keep Aotearoa clean with the return of G.J. Gardner Homes Clean Up Week on September 9-15.

F.O.R.C.E. will be doing our part by heading back to Tauroa Street to support the Raumanga Community, and everyone else, to be kaitiaki and clean up the roadsides and hidden rubbish.

We have removed over 2.5 tonne from around this area in the last 2 years and want to ensure that we give the community and the environment a clean slate.

Location: As far we can get along Tauroa and connecting streets.
Meeting: Corner Fairburn and Tauroa Streets, Raumanga
Area: Bush area, road sites, creek
What will you need: Sturdy footwear, gardening gloves and hi-vis if you have them, great attitude and teamwork
We will provide: Some gloves and hi-vis, buckets, water, sunblock, sanitizer, first-aid
