Koffie Fugah West African Dance Workshop

Join in the fun of this open level dance class with live drumming accompaniment by African Beats NZ, with master teacher Koffie Fugah from Ghana, West Africa! He is a fun and funky teacher that will get you into the groove and you will be sure to leave with a smile on your face! All are welcome, no experience necessary! Wear comfortable clothes, bring water and come ready to have fun!

About Koffie: Koffie Fugah grew up in the Volta Region of Ghana where drumming and dance are part of everyday life. Before moving to NZ, Koffie taught dance and drumming both in Ghana and internationally for over 15 years. He is an expert facilitator and brings a sense of joy to everything that is inspirational. His passion for rhythm and dance is infectious!
