Kundalini Yoga For Men - Health Vigor And Vitality

We meet at The Light Room this Wednesday evening 7pm to 8.30pm to create an experimental men's group, drum group, movement group, playful group, sharing for 30 min around relationship and man stuff, then doing a series of Kundalini Yoga exercises I have found really very helpful for my sexual health and well being, focusing on the root, power centre and lower chakras, with a short meditation to support our strength and vitality.

Keen to spice it up with drums and dancing and crazyness also, and ideas and input from you all.

No cost, just community and choiceness - though a Koha for the use of the space would be appreciated.
