This is a family-friendly event which is a fundraiser for Hospice Whanganui.

Gates open at 6pm and from 6:30pm there will be Japanese Drumming, bands from High School and food trucks onsite to keep you entertained until the light show itself.

Flying Pictures have curated the show for us and it promises to be spectacular. Bring the family, perhaps a picnic dinner and find yourself the perfect spot to gaze skyward and watch the show!

Tickets are available from the Opera House on St Hill St, or online. The link for online purchasing is also available on the Hospice Whanganui website. Please note that there will be the addition of a small administration fee for tickets purchased online or at the Opera House.

Gate sales will be available. Please note that the only entrance will be via Cooks Street so there will be queues if you want to purchase at the gate. There will be an express line for those who have already purchased tickets.

Bag checks will be in place and Cooks Gardens is a no smoking/vaping site.
