Lions Wild Westie Car Rally

For the last 10 years the Blockhouse Bay-Lynfield Lions taken dozens of families, couples, friends, car enthusiasts and more down roads many have never driven to destinations of wild beauty, historic settings and many special places out West of Auckland and beyond

The Lions invite you to join in the fun of a leisurely but adventure some drive with friendly folk and explore the places you would not normally go. Many go back later to re-visit.

This is a fun rally, not a race, the challenge is in working out the clues on the intinerary and answering the questions re landmarks along the way. A stop for morning tea at a country park to mix and mingle with fellow Rally entrants, Then on to the next leg, a more adventuresome section to a destination with a lots interesting things to do after lunch. The Lions will cook some sausages to compliment your own BYO lunch and refreshments.

Note actual Blockhouse Bay departure point will be emailed on Registration Confirmation. Last day for entries Wed 6th March 2018, but earlier the better for organising.

Over $5000 has been presented to the Community Patrol in past year to aid in keeping crime and vandalism down in the bay. This year proceeds will again go to a worthy cause.
