Come along and watch some live music performed by local school bands.

The Bigfoots - Opihi College which is a three piece band playing pop/punk music - band members are Reef Brazendale age 14 who plays guitar, base and does vocals, Liam Palvin age 14 who plays base, gutiar and vocals and finally we have Luke Smith age 14 who is the drummer for the band.

The Bigfoots have been together for almost two years and have a lot to offer for such a young band, they are full of energy on stage and have a great comedy act going with their music.

Middle Road - Ashburton College are also a three piece band playing Indie/Rock Louie Pabualan age 18 on Bass, Liam Pram age 18 on Vocals and Gutiar and Toby Woolf also age 18 on Drums
These guys have been playing together for a while and are really good they placed 2nd at the Timaru Smokefree Rockquest in July this yea .

Acid Rat - Opihi College which is also a four piece band playing Skate Punk Music - band members are Jack Murray age 16 on vocals, Olivia Andreassend on guitar age 16, Nathan Nalon age 14 on Bass, Reef Brazendale age 16 is their drummer Acid Rat are also a newly formed band with their debut performance at the Smokefree Rockquest in Timaru.

The ZR Klub is a place for the youth and located down the alley between the Royal Arcade and the Timaru Herald Building off Sophia Street, they provide food and drinks

There is no eftpos and a door charge of a minimum of $2 per person will be required, however more will be appreciated everything taken on the door will go to the bands

Hope to see you all there the more we can support our youth the more more can put on for them
