Join Peta, gastronomad and author, as she demonstrates a range of delicacies from India, while sipping on a glass of wine and sampling delicious morsels for lunch.
As is customary in India, all food is made with love and respect and is incredibly delicious. Join Peta as she shares some of her favourite dishes like peanut snacks with spicy masala, an okra dish with pomegranate seeds and chickpeas, a mussel curry drenched in curry leaves and coconut cream and an unusual sweet rice dessert flavoured with pistachios and rosewater.
Peta has been hosting culinary tours to India since 2009 when she fell in love with the colour, noise, laughter and complex food of that sun-drenched country. She has written a book on India and her tours called 'Hot Pink Spice Saga'.
Copies of Peta's new book 'Hot Pink Spice Saga' will be available to purchase at $45.00 and Peta is inviting everyone to come dressed in something Indian so we can celebrate the lunch with vibrancy and colour!
