May Poetry

May's programme starts with the fabulous Open Mic session from 4pm - poets and musicians welcome.

From about 5pm we introduce our guest performers, poet Ingrid Prosser and musician Colin Decio. Colin studied piano, guitar and composition at the Birmingham School of Music, UK. He has worked all over the world with showbands, rock bands and as a soloist and has released a number of CDs, including of his own compositions.

Ingrid was first published as a poet while at school. She put poetry aside to pursue her love of medieval song, but came back to it in her 30s. Her work explores her reverence for the natural world and a more encompassing spirituality. Together, they will take the audience on a magical and unexpected journey...
