Tonight our Guest is Austin Black, Winemaker at Terra Sancta.

Terra Sancta is a breathtaking vineyard that slopes gently from Felton Road, Bannockburn down to the glacial Kawarau River. Terra Sancta means "special land" and reflects thier holistic approach to wine making.

They currently craft five Pinot Noirs an a range of rich Aromatic whites. We will taste a range of their wines tonight, including the limited release. "Italian" Wines will be matched with canapes from Aikmans Kitchen.
