Metal Embossing Workshops

Metal Embossed Cross - $65pp

Minimum age 10.

All materials and supplies needed to complete this project will be provided.

In this detailed, hands-on workshop, you will learn:
- How to creatively use stencils to give background texture to your cross design
- The basic metal embossing techniques of low relief, high relief and engraving
- How to add patina to your design to create depth and interest
- Different colour techniques

You will take home your completed cross. Please bring along a tray or protected flat surface to take your cross home in, in case the paint has not dried properly by the end of class.

- How to set stones and embellishments in metal
- How to use different colour techniques
- How to apply your artwork to canvas/a book
