This 4-session course is for anyone who wants to learn about mindfulness or deepen their practice. The emphasis is on understanding how to practice mindfulness while also delving into the science of how the practices move us from living on auto-pilot towards feeling more alive and present in our life.
Sessions are an hour long and held over a consecutive 4-week period. A workbook and guided audio recordings are provided to support participants.
