Welcome! Witamy!

And welcome to our fourth edition in 2019 with our new name - the New Zealand Polish Film Festival - NZPFF!

The NZPFF is a boutique foreign language film festival dedicated to presenting a range of high quality, unique, cutting edge, exciting and little-seen work in New Zealand. NZPFF 2019 will screen five films: animation, dramas, black comedy and a film for the young and young at heart.

Opening Night Gala Screening - NZ Premiere
NZPFF opens with an award-winning animation drama 'Another Day of Life', based on the real-life experiences of veteran Polish journalist Ryszard Kapuscinski. A Polish-Spanish co-production and ten years in the making, 'Another Day of Life' is a kaleidoscopic cinematic feast, mixing reportage and animation to stunning effect.

Wednesday 3rd April, 5:30pm cocktail event for a 6:30pm screening. Ticket includes a glass of wine and Polish themed canapés.

Closing NZPFF Screening
'Double Trouble' is a delightful film for all ages, families and friends. Set in contemporary urban Warsaw, two children embark on a treasure hunt adventure and find true friendship along the way.

Please join the New Zealand Polish Film Festival and co-hosts and supporting partner, the Polish Association of New Zealand for a pre-screening afternoon tea - ‘Afternoon Adventure’ to farewell the Festival for another year.

Sunday 7th April, 2:30 pm afternoon tea followed by a 3:00pm screening. Ticket includes afternoon tea and film screening.

All films are in Polish with English sub-titles. All tickets are General Admission.
