Nia Dance Demo - On the Riverside

This is an outdoor 30 minute Nia dance Demo.

All welcome, no charge. On the grass between the river and The Sports Fishing Club. Public parking beside Club.

This Nia Dance Demonstration is to promote Nia Dance Classes starting at the Waikato Sports Fishermen's Club Hall on Tuesday the 5th of March and our current Classes Held in Hamilton, Gordonton and Raglan.

*Nia Dance combines Martial Arts, Modern Dance and postural alignment with World Music and is about moving in your body's way to create pleasure and joy!
