Nia Dance combines Modern Dance, Martial Arts & Postural Alignment (e.g. Yoga) and is danced to fabulous world music. Suitable for all fitness levels - No experience necessary.

This Monday evening class is 45-50 min of dancing followed by 15-20 min of a relaxing 'sound bath' using Tibetan Singing Bowls and Vocal toning. Bring with you a Yoga mat, cushion, blanket & plenty of water.

Your first class is free!

Casual attendance is $17/class. 10 class concession cards $13/class.
