"Stone Aged Brains in Smart Phone Times: How to Survive & Thrive in the modern world" with Nigel Latta, ONZM, psychologist, author and host of the television show Beyond The Darklands, The Politically Incorrect Guide to Teenagers and The Politically Incorrect Parenting Show is a charity fundraiser for Digital Seniors whose volunteers provide free digital support for seniors in the Wairarapa.

It's no surprise perhaps that so many people (young and old) talk about experiencing stress and anxiety.
