Night Walk With the Whakatāne Kiwi Trust

This event is part of Conservation Week 2019 (www.conservationweek.org.nz) and the 'Birds a Plenty' Festival.

Explore the bush at night with the Whakatāne Kiwi Trust! Hear our native birds calling, discover what's hiding in the stream, and meet the creatures crawling around in Weta Alley.

There are no age restrictions, however the walk is best suited to children aged 5 years and over. Good walking shoes are required as the track can be slippery in some parts.
