Opening of The Grovetown Lagoon Loop Track

The official opening of the Grovetown Lagoon loop track. Bring your walking shoes and be one of the first people to walk around the outside of the Grovetown Lagoon (45 minute walk).

Park on Steam Wharf Road, walk over the new (2016) foot Bridge. There is a pleasant 10 minutes walk to the site of the new boardwalk which will be opened by the Mayor at 1100 am. If you wish only to come to the opening ceremony then park on Watsons Road. There will be parking marshals on site to guide you.

There will be a BBQ by the Grovetown School and a coffee cart on site.
